Arvind Internet-Division of Arvind Limited (“Arvind”) has organized a cashback offer from 20th January 2017 to 15th February 2017 (“Offer”), and is distributing gift coupons (“Coupons”) on their website nnnow.com (“Website”).
To get access to the Coupons you have to log on to the Website and purchase for minimum Rs 500 of any products available on sale on the Website (“Products”) and can redeem the Coupons to get Rs 500 off on minimum purchase off Rs 3000 on the Products, on your next purchase.
You can get upto 100% cashback on any Products on your final order value. For eg – If you buy for Rs 1000, you will get 2 coupons worth of Rs 500 each redeemable on minimum purchase off Rs 3000 of any Products, on your next purchases. If you buy Products worth Rs 900, you will get 1 coupons worth of Rs 500 redeemable on minimum purchase off Rs 3000 on your next purchase of any Products. The Coupon shall be sent to you via email in 7 days after you have placed a successful order at the Website.
Coupons are redeemable only from 15th February 2017.
Coupon is valid for purchases only till 31st March 2017.
The Coupon shall be redeemable only one-time on the Website, by one individual, till March 31, 2017.
Coupon is valid on all non-discounted products only i.e. on full price products only available on the Website.
The coupon can’t be clubbed with any other offer/promotion.
One coupon is valid only on one transaction.
Terms & Conditions of the offer can be changed anytime at the complete discretion of Arvind without any prior intimation.
The Coupon is non-refundable, non-transferable, and not exchangeable for cash, credit or any other item.
Arvind makes no representation, warranty or undertaking whatsoever as to any implied terms and conditions with respect to the Coupon and Offer.

Participation by the participants in this Offer implies acceptance by the participants of all the terms and conditions of the Offer including terms and conditions as provided herein.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India and Courts of Bangalore shall have the exclusive jurisdiction.
Arvind shall not be liable to any of the participant, for any indirect or consequential loss, damage or expense incurred by such Participant in relation to this Offer

We may, to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law and in our sole discretion, change these rules or cancel the Offer at any time; or modify, terminate or suspend the Offer should viruses, worms, bugs, unauthorized human intervention or other causes beyond our control corrupt or impair the administration, security, fairness or proper play of the Offer.

You agree that the Website/Arvind has a right to publish your saved item details for any communication, promotions, events, or contests that follow. You agree that Arvind/Nnnow.com has complete ownership of such pictures, etc. including the entire copyright, and may use them for any purpose. These uses include, but are not limited to illustrations, bulletins, exhibitions, videotapes, reprints, reproductions, publications, advertisements, and any promotional or educational materials in any medium now known or later developed, including the internet. You acknowledge that you will not receive any compensation, etc. for the use of such pictures, etc. and hereby release the Arvind/Nnnow.com and its agents and assigns to use your name and likeness to promote the Nnnow.com Offer and any promotions, events, or contests to follow.
